FTP Instructions

If you are connecting from a Windows-based PC, then it is possible to access the FTP server via Internet Explorer.
If you are using a Mac, you will have to use an FTP browser such as Fetch.

All files must be “zipped” or “stuffed,” especially ads with several support files.
Files that are not submitted by these methods run the risk of becoming corrupt.
Images and files placed on the FTP site must be identified by using the client’s name, issue month, etc. If we are unable to identify files that are submitted, there is a possibility that the ad(s) may be delayed or not completed at all.

To submit to the Atlanta Today’s Custom Home Magazine
In your FTP browser type the FTP address: ftp.electronicgraphicsgroup.com.

         1. The Log In or User Name is: nhgagency
         2. The Password is: nhgagency04
         3. Go to folder called: Agency
         4. Go to folder called: Homes
         5. Attach/copy your images into folder called: atlch

To submit to the Charlotte Today’s Custom Home Magazine

In your FTP browser type the FTP address: ftp.todayscustomhome.com.

         1. The Log In or User Name is: nhup_dropoff
         2. The Password is: nhup_852
         3. Go to folder called: Today’s Custom Home
         4. Go to folder called: Dropoff
         5. Attach/copy your images into that folder
